Jean Raby will leave his position as CFO of SFR Group in the coming weeks and will be replaced by François Vauthier, currently Chief Controlling Officer of Altice Group.
Jean Raby joined SFR Group last April with the mission to reorganize the Finance Department of the company, improve processes and support the next steps underway within SFR. These filled objectives, Jean Raby has decided not to continue as CFO of SFR Group. He will nevertheless continue to accompany Altice Group on other projects.
Michel Combes, Chairman and CEO of SFR Group, has declared: “I would like to warmly and friendly thank Jean for the quality of his work as CFO of SFR Group. During those few months, Jean has been a colleague of great efficiency and has been a major support in this important period. We, Michel Paulin, Alain Weill and I, have a complete confidence in François, who knows the Group perfectly, to impulse a new dynamic to SFR Group’s Finance Department, bringing together the telecom and media activities. François will join the steering committee of SFR Group.”
